Is there any glitter in this bronzer skin perfecting powder?

There's more of a sheen to it now. There isn't much glitter in this. I'm not a big person. It's smooth on the skin and blends in nicely.

Is it hot or cold in here?

Warm and glowing, to be sure. I only use it in the summer, in conjunction with their tinted moisturizer, and I adore it.

Is this a shimmery or a glistening substance?

Glowy.

It’s 100% cruelty free but it’s 100% light in texture but covers any imperfections. It also gives the appearance of being sun-kissed. This powder is one of my favorites.

It's possible that this isn't true

It appears to function as intended. I also wear it as an eyeshadow - However, it has a cocoa powder scent and appearance. That doesn't bother me in the least. It's odd, though.
