The blush has a beautiful luminous sheen to it. Sable feels very soft to touch, and it looks great against had no idea the light would be so bright. Since this shade has a sheen of its own, I don't need to wear a highlight with it. You may get a glowing blush if you do. On the pan, it looks like a beautiful mauve pink shade, but that's not what I expected. My favorite way to use it is on my lids as a lid color, although when swatched it actually appears as an In fact, I have even applied it on top of my lipstick for some added shine. The photos I've seen show soft sable looking pretty close to benefits Dallas blush and I've heard that soft sable is a dupe for it. I've never actually seen the shades in person, but I heard they're similar. This blush comes in a simple packaging that comes with a small blush brush that can be used in a pinch. For me, the only minor problem is the narrow rectangular pan shape because my blush brush fits in it well. For around $3, I bought the book. Cover Girl Cheekers blush was one of my favorites for years, but I have been having a hard time finding it lately. It looks different from the number I used to buy, yet I swear it's from last time. I love how bright pink it is. To mask its effect, I use a bit of powder to smooth it out a bit. Stays good for a long time. It is a pity that it is so very I intend to check the other colors to see if there is one that is more "blush pink" rather than "bright pink" since I like the brand for its price and shelf-life (it is also small and easy to bring with me when traveling).

It takes a few applications to get the desired color, but it is worth it in the end. Furthermore, it is very fragile. I have to use a very soft brush to handle it, or else it breaks. In general, I would buy it again since the color is nice and you can see the quality of the item. It is nice that they don't have a shimmer to them. So if I am just wearing it for a day of running errands, I don't look like I'm trying to look like Kylie Jenner, but I can also paint my highlighter on top if needed.
