In this pallet, you will find six very neutral colored eyeshadows that are slightly shimmery, and not matte, however you can also use two darker shades as eyeliners, dark browns and blacks.
My shirt stays on very well all day, though I can't say it's waterproof. First time I wore it, I put it on early in the morning and went on a boat all day with the sun beating down on me. I remembered getting a compliment on the look of my eyeshadow that night at a BBQ because it looked like I had just applied it. I believe it is about as waterproof as you can get for an eyeshadow, but I have never tried one.
Colors are as expected, with the exception of the 2 darker colors that are slightly pigmented- There is no doubt that it is frozen.
