This vendor is a fraud. Do not buy from them. Here is what I got an eye pencil on the left. There's a mailing tape seal on the outside. Clearly it's been used and resealed. You can see the tip on the left! I love the cracked lid, too! I cannot emphasize to buyers that they should be aware of this seller enough. Here is a picture of what a new, factory sealed pencil should look like. can tell where this pencil has been before or who has worn it in the past. A new product is what you expect to receive when you pay for it. We cannot accept these types of practices and hopefully others won't have to deal with disappointment or horror if they receive.
In my opinion, it can be used as eye shadow on the top lid or as eye liner on the bottom lid, wiped with a Qtip to remove any excess. The product is easy to apply and does not Besides brightening my eyes, it also makes them look bigger.

There are no better eye pencils for the money. Depending on how you blend it, it could be dark or light. In order to sharpen it, YouTube was necessary. I find it kind of surprising that you use a regular.
However, I only use them for every day makeup, not for any special events since the makeup will not last very long.
I would buy it It was hard to find color of this style in other places, so I was happy to find it in Amazon as it was a good price and quality product.
I really like the color, but I think that's about Within an hour, that powder had smudged underneath my eyes. I lined my lower lids and put powder over them to seal them. Although the vivid color and thickness appeal to me, it does not let you turn it on top to add additional color. The price was a big turn off.
