There is shimmer in it. It arrived sparkly when I had expected it to be matte. I decided to buy it because of the "matt" answers here. It's not easy for me to take care of sparkles and wrinkles.
I had to search for it a while. But Made in the USA is spelled out on the back. Shadows like this are nice. Now that it's been around for a while, I'll tell you how it's going.
You should beware! It is #500 BROOKS that is seductive! There is one at the store that is labelled as 'seductive' but it's actually a purple/lavender-colored one. You can find the ISH palette here. if you want purple/lavender- there's an Amazon store for it If you want to get #520, which is labeled "Watercolor" on Revlon Colorstay, you can type it in. Make sure you choose the right color palette for your project! In order to receive the purple/lavender color, please contact If you'd like to order #520 of the ISH PALETTE, be specific. EITHER "Seductive" (#500 BROWNS) or "Watercolor" #520 PURPLE/LAVENDER-would be labeled #520. It's ISHA!

Over 10 years ago, I discovered this eyeshadow and have been wearing it ever since. Occasionally, a hard rock-like substance happens to always appear on the number 2 colour of some eye shadow packages, which makes it harder to work with. is a fairly inexpensive product and overall I tend to discard it and buy another package, but after years of experiencing the same issue, I am getting tired of it.
It's got pretty colors with decent quality for the price. It's less than $2 per color and totally worth it. You get white gold, olive green, bronzey brown, and dark cocoa brown in the "adventurous" quad. There are a frost finish on the first three and a matte finish on the last. However, the frosts are still blendable despite being a little gritty. There is a soft matte to it. You have to be careful, because all of them have a lot of fallout. It will cause a mess if you do not tap off the excess before you apply it to your eyes. There is good pigmentation, but the colors are dependent on how you apply them. Here are swatches that show the intensity of the colors using 3 different techniques - using fingertip, foam applicator, and Color is applied best with your fingers and with the least fallout, but it is not as precise as a brush or applicator. The applicator provides more precision, but the color is less vibrant and there is more If you lightly mist your eyeshadow application tool or make-up brush with water or setting spray before dipping into those shadows, you can improve that. Luckily for the 16-year old version, it does not live up to the expectations of longevity I was not expecting it to pay as much as the hourly claim. My skin is normal to dry, and it creases and wears off of my eyelids after about 5 or 6 hours of use. Priming and setting spray will make it last longer though if that is important for you. It is a nice palette for the price. It cannot compete with more expensive palettes, but it is decent nonetheless This is not high-end eye shadow, but it is at least on par with other drugstore quads I've used.
I got a reaction to this product but it was a nice palette and pigmentation. The drugstore eyeshadow I used to buy in my twenties was always an affordable price. A few years later, I went into the field of make-up I'm a Sephora and Mac snob that spends a lot of money on beauty products. It is an attractive pallette on Amazon that has a color combo I like, is very reasonably priced, and the pigmentation is fantastic. When I got it and applied it (thankfully intact), I was more impressed at One of the shades was also perfect for filling in my brows as well, so that was an added I have a tendency to use the colors on my Mac on a regular basis because they remind me of some of their shades. I'm going to point out the negative. Other commentators have pointed out that the chart has a lot of drop My second observation is how much the product broke up in the palette just after I used it for the first time. After using this for only a single time, I got an allergic flare up on my eyelids the next day. Some products can be irritating to me due to allergies, but it usually only occurs when there is some sort of shimmer in them. In my opinion, Urban Decay Cowboy shadow is as good as it appears. In hopes of overcoming the allergic reaction, I may try again to use the product, but will be very careful to completely remove it from my body. So be cautious if you have a different mileage, because your mileage could vary!.
The whole thing is cracked! A loose tray and two boxes were in the box. This is strange. There were three different colors in the order. The first one worked out fine. It was just a matter of buying eyeshadow at the store. I've contacted Amazon several times but am tired of it.
The only reason I only gave one star is because every color seems to belong to the 'wine' side of the color spectrum when as a matter of fact it's the most neutral creme and brown of all time.
On application, the only recognizable colors are the bottom two brown shades, and it takes some time and multiple layers to reveal them. As well as the eye primer, I also use a mascara. It was certainly wrong of me to believe that the lightest shade looked more pink than you thought it would. I was pleased to find that it would not be broken when I received it after reading other reviews. It's only because of the two bottom brown shades that I like for a natural smokey eye look that I am not returning it. In order to lighten the dark circles under the eyes, I will use a soft pink shade, since the cream-colored shade is pointless, and because my eyes are hooded, I need this effect to keep them from looking After a few hours of use, it has not creased, which is good. In addition, I find that brown colors don't blend as well as I would like.
This is a really cute little pallet, I like Despite the fact that it comes with a brush, I prefer my makeup brushes since they help to reduce the harshness of the applicator. My preference is for a more blended and subtitled look rather than a dramatic one.
It is a great product. Whenever I want to make my eyes pop, I like to use this eyeshadow because it can be neutral or smoky and bold. All day long, your colors will stay vibrant! Several retailers carry this product separately, including Sephora, CVS, and Wal-Mart You would find them at places such as Wal-Mart, Duane Reade, Rite-Aid, etc. Hazel eyes look stunning in this! Don't be afraid to take a chance! The pros are The product is long lasting, pigmented, affordable, and neutral. * No fallout, no dust, and comes with an applicator wand. * Cons There are none.
