As it rises and falls, it twists. The blade does not need to be sharpened. My favorite part of it is the music.
The texture is not overly creamy, but it is soft enough for easy application. It is similar to a pencil, but slightly like it a lot!
While it does last longer than most, it will smudge if touched after it has been applied for a period of time. As long as you don't wipe your brows or touch them, it stays in place well when sweating. Because of that, I do not believe it would be good in the water. Even so, I like it a lot & As the color is better than the other one and the size is the perfect size, I'll be buying it again Indeed, it performs better than before. I would have liked it to be fully waterproof, but it is not.
Just because you are eligible doesn't mean you're going to get it. Depending on where you are, when you are, and if the $25 is all sold by Amazon, the price can vary. Third-party sellers are probably what you had.

The dual comb and pencil on the other side is so handy for my use. I've been using this pencil for years and I feel like I always run out.
Is a disaster. It is very thick and very soft, and you cannot find little fine hairs in it. There is a problem with this pencil in that it is too dark. It smears and discolors at the same time. Black turns out to be almost as dark as dark brown. Likewise, it has a creamy texture and is very This would be perfect if I were making an eyeliner, but not if I were making eyebrow pencils. There is nothing soft about it, it just smears and gets caught in your eyebrow hairs, causing dark patches to appear. In the end, you end up with brown spots instead of fine hair strokes when you take the spooly and try to blend it out. There is a disaster at the tip of this as well. The shapes are slanted sort of weird triangles (very popular right now). There is no pointy end to this pencil so you cannot make hairs with it. also used the Etude House product. It has the same thick triangle end, but because it is harder in texture, I can draw hairs better with it. My overall opinion of this thing is that it's awful. My L'oreal (same price) one is very thin and makes my face look great. If I use this to line my brows, I tend to only use it to fill them in, but I will never use it Before I use it, I may need to put it in the refrigerator so it does not get.
The color of this picture is My goal was to find the perfect match for my ginger hair, so I bought this. I found this to be very dark and pigmented when applied, but when I ran the brush through it, it lightened. My vision of this color was too much of a red tone, and I had to take care to fade it to make it There is no noticeable difference between the two.
Thick, wavy, unnatural. The alternatives are much better than the ones you're using now! It's $4, so that's what you pay. Amount per cent If I were to expect something reasonable, what should I expect? The excellent NYX brow pencil is * $6, but that's a lot more when you consider what it's doing. your hair is extremely warm-toned blonde and you want to color in your eyebrows with a crayon, then this may be a good option The lines on my face still looked like I had just drawn yellow lines on them. This warning is for your safety The following cons I have a HUGE tip for you regarding this Please don't attempt to draw any individual hairs
Waxy texture that dissolves in high humidity
Products sit on top of brow hairs - no need to individually draw each hair. As the tip is so thick, it's hard to get to the skin on an accurate or predictable basis (because of the weird angle they cut the tip to) and so you just end up with product sitting on your brow hair. The color also looks unnatural on most naturally An extremely bright and warm reddish-orange color results from this process A yellow color. The pro's are Buy the NYX micro brow pencil if you want to save money. The cheetah is a million times better and probably only a couple dollars more expensive. As well as the pony effect, there is one that is good.
There is nothing else I've ever used that compares to this eyebrow pencil. No matter how much makeup you wear, you look flawless. An end of the pencil has a brush that functions as a mascara brush so you can blend it into your own eyebrows. Unlike brow pencils, it does not look like you are wearing one. My pencil lasts even longer. I use it every day, and the one pencil lasts for over This is a great site. There is no need to look any further because this is it. Every one of them has worked for me. The wonder brow is no exception. I like how simple this is, it isn't gloppy or messy, and it looks like a professional produced This is fantastic!.
My hair is blond, so it is just what I wanted. That it doesn't smear and it's waterproof is convenient for me. There is not much of it, and it is very thin -- I run out of it every two weeks since I use it daily.
It is comfortable to wear and stays on even when you are From now on, this is all I will use!.
I'm in love with it. What an amazing pencil. I'm in love with it. With this brow set, I can get my brows to look just the way I want them to. It gives me a headache after a while and I have to buy a new one every two weeks (I have to use it every day.
