Brunette is the one I'd pick. My hair is a medium brown with blonde highlights. It was not only a good match, but it was also the most natural color NYX had.

A good choice for brow match is a color palette. In order to achieve the ombré hair look, you must be able to "flick the wrist" when making hair strokes. This is the best micro brow liner I've ever used (and I've tried a lot!). )br>*In comparison to the 15-minute look in the photo, this brow look took me only 5 minutes. When I use a micro brow pencil, it usually takes me 20 minutes.
like this one's brush strokes, and on top of that, after a few weeks of use or drying up, a lot of them flare at the ends. I've had this pen for a while and I'm really happy with it. I've been using it on myself to see how long it lasts, and it's lasted all day. The taupe shade is just right (not too warm, and not too grey/greenish, as some taupes can be). I would strongly suggest it!.
I prefer a more natural look for my brows because I have naturally thick brows, but I do need to touch up a few spots. I dislike the look of pencil and pomade because they make my brows look too thick, and I prefer the look of a feathered brow. This eyebrow pen creates a natural look for your brows and can be used to fill them in with light strokes and thin lines. If you like the look of feathered brows, this is a must-have.
When I first saw that this brow pen had a tapered, fine tip brush applicator, I was excited because I thought it could be used to create whispy, individual, real-looking brows. I was hoping for some interesting hair strokes, but I was let down. Because of my alopecia, I have almost no brow hair. As a result, I have to draw my brows from scratch every day on a blank canvas, and finding an eyebrow product that allows me to draw real-looking brows has been difficult. It's been excruciatingly frustrating and nearly impossible to look for individual hairs. br>br>I've tried almost every type of brow product available, including pomades, powders, gels, brow mascaras, brow tints, brow pencils, and brow pens. I've had good luck with a few similar brow pens in the past, but this was not one of them. Finding the right shade in a product that actually works and stays put for more than an hour is difficult for me because I have naturally blonde hair with slightly darker eyebrows. This pen applies color similarly to other pens with tapered brush tips I've tried, and maybe it's just the color I bought (taupe), but it completely lacks the pigment concentration needed to create individual hair strokes, and it's definitely not buildable like I need my brow pens to be. Other pens I use from Lime Crime, Stilla, and Prestige deposit pigment with each stroke, creating dimension that visually distinguishes one stroke from the others when you apply strokes that overlap one another, which is important for creating a more realistic appearance. When I use this brow pen to layer strokes on top of each other, however, there is no definition or contrast, and the result is a solid filled-in shape. There's nothing that distinguishes one stroke from the next, and each stroke bleeds outward slightly with no definition, so each stroke fills in any negative space between the other strokes, and any chance for a realistic individual hair appearance, leaving nothing but a solid blotch of filled in color with no definition, no contrast to tell one stroke apart from the others, and no variation in tone. Just like if a first-grader used a watered-down marker to color in a solid triangle shape. With the exception of Crayola markers, which produce a multi-colored mess. When strokes overlap, the layer takes on a different appearance. br>br>However, as I previously stated, it's possible that the darker shades will produce different results. This is just my honest opinion after trying to feather/light flick individual real-life brows with this brow pen in the color TAUPE. On a completely hairless blank canvas of fair-skinned fair-skinned fair-skinned fair-skinned fair-skinned fair-skinned fair-sk Light skin, using the closest match to my medium blonde natural hair color, which, despite the fact that it is no longer visible due to alopecia, always looks the most flattering and natural on anyone. Others may have a completely different experience with these pens, but because of the money, stress, frustration, and time I've spent as a blonde who has to create her brows from scratch every day, I wanted to leave as thorough a review as possible for others with fair-skinned eyebrows. Light-skinned people like me are looking for a product that will allow us to create individual defined life-like hair strokes to fill in sparse brows, gaps, and empty spots, or to completely recreate the brow. That's not going to happen with this brow pencil. It's like painting your brows with watercolor; it bleeds, blends in, and leaves very little pigment behind.
It's one of the most natural micro brushes I've ever used, and it's made my morning makeup routine much more enjoyable, rather than frustrating, when trying to match my brows. Isn't as waterproof/smudge proof as I'm used to, but that doesn't matter; I'll still choose this over the rest! br>br>Ash brown in color.
Until now, I hadn't been able to find a small enough brow tip to achieve that realistic brow look. This stuff is incredible. I have fairly sparse brows, and this helps to make them appear fuller while remaining realistic. I use this brush, then apply a layer of Nyx compact on top, followed by the Nyx Control Freak brow gel. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: People have actually asked if I have microbladed brows! I believe that is the highest compliment a person can receive.
It's less pigmented and has a larger brush, but it's still a fantastic product!.
My brows are extremely long, thin/sparse, and black, so I have a hard time finding the right brow applicator for me. If I do find one that gives me optimal coverage, it's usually because it's either too dark or too light. Anastasia is usually my go-to, but the colors aren't quite right for me. This NYX pen is ideal for me because I like the applicator because it allows me to draw small brow hairs to fill them in while still lightening them without being too light for my skin tone. It's not sloppy, it holds up well, and it gives me a natural appearance. Brunette was the color I went with, and it turned out beautifully!.
