That's correct. I know because I have very sparse brows and decided to give this brow pomade a try after hearing good things about it. I like how it fills in the gaps and can be brushed to a lighter shade or made very dark. You may need to work with it for a few days, but you can achieve a subtle, well-shaped brow by using the brush on the other end of the application brush. Because my hair is mostly gray, I requested a medium brown. You may want to go a shade lighter than you normally would with a pencil or brow powder, as I initially thought it was too dark. I think you'll like it if you apply it with a light hand. I hope this information is useful.
Yes, it works well with hairs that are sparse to non-existent. My outer third is no longer there, and it's fantastic! The texture is nice and smooth. It has a nice spread.
It can also be applied directly to the skin. There are a few hairs on my head, but they are few and far between. I apply it in the shape of a brow, then go over it with the brush. It has a natural appearance and lasts throughout the day. I also use it as a real tattoo on my neck or foot, perhaps a small heart or a star. It does not come off. This is my favorite part.
My coloring is similar to yours because I use the ash brown. It's ideal because it lacks the red undertones, which can make a color look odd.

I bought it because I wanted to try something different and less expensive than my usual ABH dip brow in Ebony. I was able to work with the color black brown because it was similar but not identical. I applied both products to my hand, waited a few minutes for them to dry, then wiped off the maybelline, which barely rubbed off! Abh wiped a lot off, as you can see! And I do have that issue with my brows wiping off and looking smudged throughout the day! I'm going to give the Maybelline a shot on my brows and will report back as soon as I can! They last a long time and are simple to use. If you rub your brows together, they will smudge, but I still prefer this to the wunderbrow. br>My hair is auburn, and my skin is fair. I'm wearing light blonde in this photo, but I think soft brown is more my style. It has a reddish undertone, which goes well with my skin tone. The blonde is a very gray color. The lighter the blonde, the more warm it is.
The color auburn is a rich chocolate brown that went perfectly with my warm red-brown hair. The only reason I gave it four stars is because of the wear time; it doesn't transfer and appears to be fairly waterproof, but it rubbed off a little too easily with my fingers at the end of the day on my oily skin - There was no use of a makeup remover. But, out of all the pomades I've tried, and I've tried a lot, this is easily in my top three, and I'd recommend giving it a shot. The product arrived in a dark brown container, which I had ordered in brown. However, after applying it, it turned a light reddish brown. It had nothing in common with the color of my hair. It also doesn't stay on for 24 hours, and it doesn't last nearly as long as an eyebrow pencil. The color was wiped off simply by moving my bangs. I'm glad it wasn't too costly, but it was still a waste of money for me.
This is, without a doubt, the best brow product I've ever used.
