That is an excellent query! I'm not sure why it's more expensive; I've seen it happen with furniture, where a different color of the same piece of furniture can cost $100. The other color costs 00 more than the other. It irritates me!
It's a strange listing, and I took a chance ordering it, but the Rich Brown is exactly what I got.

Lighter shades have a tendency to have a "brassy" or reddish finish, which I dislike. That is not the case here. I do prefer slightly less waxy pencils, however, because they allow me to make smaller, more defined strokes and have better staying power. This waxy pencil smudges easily and is not resistant to heat, moisture (humidity/sweat/rain), or oil, as are most waxy pencils. For pencils with good color, I've learned to make do with it and set my brows with makeup setting spray and brush through a little hair spray and/or texturizing powder on a spoolie to extend wear time; however, it does come off pretty quickly, so it gets 4 stars for color and - 1 for a long life.
For weddings, I provide hair and make-up. Except for those with black hair, this color looks great on everyone. This looks fantastic on my platinum blonde hair.
I used to pay $26 for the Lancôme version until I discovered that Lancôme and Cover Girl are owned by the same company, and these are nearly identical to the more expensive version. Both of these items are made in Germany. The colors are vibrant and appealing. The soft brown is what I go for. They last a long time, are simple to use, and can be found almost anywhere. This is an excellent item.
This lápiz was ordered on the 20th of this month, and it was delivered on the 24th. It was not complete, so I used what I had, assuming it had been ruined and that there was a pedazo inside, but as you can see in the video, it was not. I had previously purchased this lápiz, and this had not happened to me.
I'm a fan of this product and have purchased it previously. There is no red tint in the blonde colors, which is uncommon. The holder is wasteful because there are no additional pencil inserts.

My go-to brow pencil is this one. It has a fine tip, doesn't break as easily as some others, and nicely defines my brows. I'm almost able to use it on my own.
Benefit and It Cosmetics brow pencils cost three times as much as this one. Kelly Strack, a YouTuber, told me about this product. This is my go-to brow product, and I love how small it is because it allows you to get in there and define your brows exactly how you want them. br>Soft Brown is ideal--it's ashier and has no red.
