My favorite features are the way the eye shadow applies and the way it stays on the eyes. I have tried different brands of eye cream but they all dry out my eyes.

Exactly what I was looking for!! Using it has been easy and I love how it works. A bit of dabbing is all you need. You can go a long way with it! Delivery in a timely manner. I love how convenient it is!.

Is it watery? The product I received was defective, but other customers reported that theirs was watery when they pumped it

In order for it to come out "normally", I need to pump several times. While it is a good primer, the effort it takes to use it is not worth.

There is only one problem - it can come out of the pump a bit too A good product for concealing and balancing out dark circles under the eyes.
