I'm not sure if it's been used or if it's been tampered with in any way.
The cap had come off! The room is extremely dimly lit. It is extremely powerful. My nails were completely melted off as a result of it. They refused to dry, became gummy, and eventually fell off! I'm serious about this! & That had never happened to me before I purchased this monomer from this vendor! I'm in a terrible mood!.

This is my third purchase of this item, and I appreciate how easy it is to use and how well it works with a variety of acrylic powder brands. The odor is strong but tolerable; it is not as strong as other monomers, and it is EMA, which is fantastic.
However, if you ever obtain a monomer, all you had to do was test it for mma. You can paint your nails, let them dry, and then soak them in pure action. If it sticks to your hands or is sticky or slimy, don't use it; however, if it crumbles and slides right off the ema, it's safe to use.
