In my experience, it has been able to give my hair the right amount of shine without having it look greasy or dull. Not sure if it is a real Oribe product. There was an oil leak in the bottle, as the lid was not sealed. I believe this product cannot be an actual Oribe product, but is instead a recycled bottle that has been refilled with cheap oil. The container was not sealed. Returning for a refund is on the agenda.
As far as packaging is concerned, everything seemed to be genuine. There was an issue with the consistency and smell of the oil. Is it diluted with olive oil, or does it smell and feel like it? Trying to get a refund from Amazon is on my list. Although I think this is not an Obagi-grade product, I don't believe it to be a genuine product.
