The hair doesn't come out perfectly straight, but it's not as poofy as it would be with a traditional hairdryer.
It won't scald you unless you leave it in one spot for an extended period of time; I use it on my 6-year-old son with no complaints.
Clean tangled hair in the product with a comb or your fingers after each use so that hair does not accumulate on the hot air brush for an extended period of time.

My hair is wavy and curly. To get my hair to look decent, I usually let it air dry before using a flat iron and then a curling iron. On a humid day, getting hair to cooperate with switching between appliances can take up to an hour. This has the potential to change the game entirely. I was able to drastically reduce the amount of time I spent styling.
I've been using it for a couple of months and have had no issues. It isn't as loud as Conair, which is a significant advantage.
I wish it had a little more punch, and the handle is large and clumsy, which is why I deducted a star. However, as I previously stated, this is a fantastic product, especially considering the price.
It performs admirably for me. I have medium-length, fine hair, and it only takes a few minutes on low to dry and style it. br>br>I'm updating this review to inform everyone that this is garbage! I'd been using it for four months when it abruptly stopped working yesterday. Nothing happened when I tried to reset the power cord. Don't throw away your money!.
Revlon was one of my all-time favorite cosmetics brands. However, I've used up three of them already. Even on the lowest setting, the temperature rises quickly. I was able to see the effect on my hair at this point. After reading positive reviews, I decided to try it out today and will only buy this one from now on. It's a little heavier (but who cares) and took a little longer to dry my hair (on low), but it didn't make my hair suffer from high heat while I was using it. I'll never use a blow dryer again, so this hair dryer/brush is something I'll always want. As a result, I'd suggest it. My hair is fine but wavy, and it's a good length (shoulder length). But I prefer to take my time when styling, so it's not a big deal if it takes a little longer.
A different brand had previously been purchased by me, but it had been recalled. I bought this one and it's been great so far. It works well and gets hot enough to dry my thick, wavy hair. It takes 15 minutes to dry as opposed to 25 minutes with a regular hair dryer. I'd suggest it.
This item is much larger than I had anticipated. My shoulder-length hair is not curled by it.
The item I ordered from Amazon was the most disappointing I've ever received. For me, it was completely unmanageable; the handle was far too large for me to hold for an extended period of time. The noise level, even on low, is the absolute worst and most intolerable feature. It's possible that you'll lose your hearing very quickly as a result of this.
