The item cannot be replaced or refunded. Upon receiving my second order, I found it to be very dry and hard. My first order was fine and I liked the product. It was not possible to use the product. I tried to return the product and exchange it for another product but was unable to do so. When I paid for a product that was damaged or dried up, I couldn't get a refund or replacement.

The short hair on my head makes me a male. It worked well in my hair once it was dry to provide shape, texture, and body without being sticky or greasy, and without leaving any clumps or imperfections behind.
