However, I had previously purchased it and paid approximately $30 for a 4oz bottle. I paid $24 this time and assumed I'd get the same bottle as before. My apologies for not reading the description more carefully. The price is for a 1oz bottle, which costs $24. I like the product, but I'm not sure it's worth that much money for a single ounce. I'm going to look around to see if I can get it for a cheaper price somewhere else.
The product has been tampered with in some way. This is a product that I've been using for a long time. It's a lovely smelling oil. When I shook the bottle, the contents came out looking like water and seemed to gel. There was no odor at all. It's time to return. From now on, I'll buy directly from the manufacturer or from a big-box retailer.

When I actually straighten it, it's easier to straighten and stays straight. This product is used in conjunction with Pai Shau shampoo, conditioner, and heat protectant spray.
