Hair falls out and thinning hair does not get better with this product.
When I used Bumble and Bumble Super Rich Conditioner in the past, the product that I received from Amazon was NOT that product. The hair conditioner I received was soupy and smelled totally different (like Herbal Essences) than the actual Bumble and Bumble conditioner. I would recommend purchasing this product directly from the manufacturer instead of ordering it from Amazon if you are planning on spending a lot of money on it. There was a scam going on here.

There were no Bumble and Bumble in this picture! The scent and texture of the bottle she showed me were not the same as the one she bought at license only beauty supply, so I had my hair colorist check it out. She was shocked Amazon was selling the product! It would have been better if I had read the reviews before I bought it. Do not buy it!.
The shampoo and conditioner are used weekly (or almost weekly) by me. In my experience, it is one of the few hair products that I can use daily without being tempted to overdo It is my opinion that Bumble and Bumble makes good hair products, and I recommend them to everyone.
As one of the few products that handle my frizzy, dry hair, this one is my favorite. I am using this product on a daily basis I dampen my hands and apply I should apply this product to my hair before it is applied to my hair since it I find it easier to apply product to my hair this way.
The effectiveness of the scent is impossible to determine because I returned to my house shortly after smell it. I find the scent to be very similar to that of an elderly person's hand cream (no offense meant) It has a strong, pungent smell that is somewhat sour.
I'm not a fan of the smell of the conditioner, though it is really effective. It ends up that I have to use another conditioner because the scent is so strong.
