Very good customer service. I have a mild recession at my temples at 27, but it hasn't impacted the glasses. It has way more lasers than the Irestore and is about the same as the Capillus, except it is much more affordable. I did a lot of research before purchasing the helmet and I feel very confident that this is the right choice. The deal is great for the price, and it really works

Illumiflow is the first helmet that I have bought after returning my Irestore helmet, which I had for 12 months trial and barely used. must say that irestore feels like it was crafted with better materials than illumiflow, but it is so bulky that I doubt it will be convenient to carry around. In contrast, Illumiflow has more laser lights but for some reason, it does not feel as good as Irestore, however I have seen better results in just two weeks. I noticed that my hair feels full and thick, and that my balding spot has disappeared. As far as Customer Service is concerned, irestore has never provided me with a phone number all communication is through e-mail Emails are sent, but they are promptly replied to. In addition, they allowed me to try the product for another six months which made the trial 12 months, but it did not work for me, so I returned it, still waiting to receive my refund. So far, I have not had any issues with Illumiflow's customer service.

I am taking my time to write this lengthy review to help people decide about Illumiflow since they are still new to the market and there are not enough It is a really great product, and you save a lot of money without having to pay thousands of dollars for a brand I wish you the best of.

The electronics were excellent, but the cap shape was not as good

An excellent design of the electronics appears to have been made. The customer service and warranty seem to be very good as well. To determine if the cap is actually effective, it would be helpful if the manufacturer included information on how long it takes for hair to grow back. Following I have followed your instructions faithfully for just two months, I am seeing a lot of tiny white hairs growing in areas of my scalp that were previously bare My hair usually turns grey when I grow older. I am using this treatment as my only method at the moment. My hair loss is being treated effectively by the cap, so I would definitely recommend it. As far as I am concerned, the shape of the cap is very poorly designed in my opinion. This is exactly what I told the company in the form of very specific, detailed feedback While they were polite, they did not respond to my question. I understand that people of different ethnicities have different Furthermore, there is variation in the size and shape of the head among women and men of different sizes. Thus, a universal cap that could fit every person perfectly could present a difficult design challenge. For manufacturers who do not intend to alter the shape of the cap, I recommend a stretch cloth bonnet that lets the cap fit tightly to the head with an adjustable tie under the chin to ensure the cap is securely attached. It has a headband and an over-hat that resemble baseball caps Despite being motionless and sitting still, the cap that came with the laser cap does not hold the cap firmly in place. It does not seem to fit securely on my head, and tends to roll under the cap when I wear it. I studied the illustration that demonstrates how to use the headband but it still does not seem to fit securely. A cap is not easy to keep on and requires a fair amount of patience On the other hand, it seems to work in terms of increasing hair growth.

The quality of the print is poor

There is a problem with the quality of this. From the packaging to the actual product, I am blown away by the poor quality. For the price, this is a bit disappointing. After using it for a few weeks, some of the laser diodes went out, and it had to be thrown away. A few of the lasers didn't work after three sessions because they broke. As a result of the overheating, my head got really hot, and my scalp got burned. There seemed to be more power going to the other two. do not recommend this cap because it is not worth the money it costs. You can help yourself by being kind to yourself. The ones out there probably have a higher quality/are safer.
