I'm 51 and going through menopause, and my hair is thin curly wavy. This product helped me a lot with thinning and shedding. Instant volume produced excellent results, with shedding and tangles barely visible after one week of use. tweek- is a word I use a lot. Wen hair care has been discontinued in favor of the d hair care line, which is only available through hsn shopping. I also bought Hollywood's Boldify hair thickening spray from Amazon, which is also fantastic. The only issue I had was that I used anti-aging hair dye. My hair is never bleached. However, after three weeks of use, the grays had returned, and the color of the midshaft had significantly lifted. I had to recolor correct as well as cover up greys with more than just roots. This company has a great product, but the ingredients need to be changed so that it can be used on any treated hair color or for anti-aging hair coloring. Please let me know whether or not my explanation was helpful. The product and seller were both authentic; the scent was light and did not linger; and the scalp was never irritated. It's just not a good look for color-treated hair. I plan to reorder once I figure out which hair color brand I want from the salon or Sally's beauty supply.
I bought it for hair thinning rather than an itchy scalp, but it hasn't irritated my scalp at all while I've been using it.
no - When it dries (which doesn't take long), it gives great volume at the roots without being stiff or sticky. I use it around my hairline, where my hair tends to part, and on cowlicks because the lift at the roots hides thinning so less scalp shows at the part. bonus - It thickens and fills in my brows (though I follow up with castor oil).
The ingredients in one of the shared posts from January 2020 appear to be different from the product details shown on the main page and mentioned in these questions. Do they alter the ingredients in any way?

A doctor took me off the thyroid medicine I'd been on for years, and I lost about half of my hair a few years ago. I had already healed my mcs and fibromyalgia with a program called Meadow Healing (which I always tell people about because I had thought these conditions were incurable for years), so I figured it might have also healed my thyroid. That was not the case; the doctor simply did not understand what he was doing. I went back to my old doctor, who put me on t3, and the hair started falling out by the handfuls after a week. br>br>Since then, I've experienced "normal" hair loss, perhaps a little more than average. But, over time, I began to notice that, with all of the hair I had lost during those months off the meds, combined with what I was now losing, my full hair was beginning to look less full. My ponytails were extremely frail. br>br>I moved to a colder part of the country this winter, and the dry air seemed to give me dandruff and cause my hair to fall out more. For the first time, I couldn't afford to lose any more hair, so I began researching hair thinning products. br>br>When I combined this with the pura d'or shampoo, my hair began to fall out even more - It was brittle and breaking all over because it was dry and tangled for the first time in its life. It also removed all of my expensive color. This brand had such a negative impact on me that I decided to return and discontinue all of my purchases. br>br>However, when I switched back to my old shampoo, I noticed that my hair was falling out less than before, and I assumed it was because of this. I've kept using it a few times a week because it doesn't seem to dry out or strip my hair. It's always difficult to tell when you're trying multiple new things at once; I haven't used the shampoo in weeks, but I've kept doing this. I'm down to about ten strands per wash now - I only wash every three days, but at least 60 come out of each wash, which I've never seen before. (I counted)br>br>I'm obsessed with this and wanted to share it with you.
The top and bottom photos were taken in October and January, respectively. I rarely write reviews, but I really like this product; I gave it four stars instead of five because it took a while for me to notice a difference, but it's fantastic! It was a lifesaver when my hair started to thin. Another hair serum was tried, but I preferred this one. I would strongly suggest it.
For more than a year, I've been using conditioner and have decided to try this hair thinning treatment syrup. It's been a month since I've used it on a regular basis, and I'd like to share my thoughts: Advantages: br>br> br>1) It has a neutral odor; br>2) It does not leave hair oily or sticky. So far, it's been working for me on a daily basis. br>br>Cons: br>1) It delivers exactly what it promises. After I started using it, my hair started to fall out more. To make sure this product isn't causing more harm than good, I double-checked that I hadn't made any other dietary or topical changes. I'm going to throw away the bottle, and 2) it's quite pricey!.
Because it makes my hair greasy so quickly, I can only use it on wash days instead of daily. br>br>Even when I use it sparingly, I find that I have to wash my hair every other day rather than twice a week due to dirt and oil buildup. Even with the mildest shampoos, my hair can't handle that much washing. As a result, I've found that using this product has been counterproductive for me. br>br>I only use four pumps, one for each side of my head (which I don't believe is enough to cover my entire scalp), and it still makes me greasy the next day. Which isn't an issue I've ever had with my hair. br>br>I've been using it for about a month and have yet to see any positive results. I'm sure it's partly due to the fact that I have to use it so infrequently and sparingly. There are far better hair growth serums/foams on the market that aren't as heavy for those who don't like to wash their hair every day. Apart from that, I gave it two stars because it makes my scalp feel great when I use it.
I have been using this product for the past 5 months and my hair is 50% thinner than it was when I started. I noticed my hair was falling out a little more than usual about two months ago. It began to fall out dramatically about a month ago. Throughout the day, my hair falls out in clumps. The photo shows hair loss after one day. This does not include all of the strands I misplaced throughout the day. I bought this product based on the reviews and, strangely enough, I have a significant amount of gray hair in the areas where I apply it. I, on the other hand, have had a completely different experience. I'm now 30% grayer and 50% balder than before. Please give this purchase some thought. If your hair is thinning, I wouldn't use this product because it could cause you to lose more hair. It's impossible to say how long it'll take for it to regrow. I'm not sure if it'll ever grow back.
Leaves are flaky and dry, with a herb scent. I can't tell if it works because I can't leave the house with all that flaky dandruff-like stuff on my hair, so I can't use it every day.
My hair appears to be thinning at an alarming rate since I started using this product a month ago. It irritates my scalp, and I've noticed that the more I use this product, the less hair I have. I am no longer going to use it.
It contains high-quality hair-friendly ingredients. It's quick to absorb. It smells light and pleasant. My hair breakage has decreased significantly, to the point where it is now minimal or non-existent. Anyone who wants to strengthen their hair and prevent hair breakage should definitely try it. From now on, this will be a staple in my hair care routine.
