This is my absolute favorite hair supplement, it not only encourages thicker, healthier hair, but it has a shiny appearance in addition to being organic. The pills are very small, they smell like chocolate, and for those who have trouble swallowing large pills, the tablets make swallowing easy. After two months, the results should be noticeable, but you need to complete a four-month course to fulfill the requirements. When brushing and washing my hair, I also have much less hair falling out. Other hair vitamins have failed to satisfy me and I always return to this one.
