In the same way that any product of a similar type must be handled carefully not to rub it too much or lean the covered portion of your head against the outside world (e.g. find that after using this product to cover my head, I spray a liberal amount of Fantasia Super Hold Spritz hairspray onto the area covered. Despite providing an excellent hold, some of the product still comes off from physical contact. If you do sleep with the product in your hair, wear a thick scarf, doo-rag or cap. I have been using more expensive synthetic fiber for quite a few years, but I did not realize how superior this one is. It makes a difference for me to see real hairs! My synthetics soak up oil from my scalp and end up looking flatter than the rest of my hair by the end of the day. It has thin spots on the very top, the top of the temples, and the top of the crown.
