Waterproofing is not an option

The cape is a work of art! The colors are accurate, and the image is not distorted or stretched. The only negative aspect of this cape, and the reason for my 4-star rating, is that it is not waterproof. It absorbs a lot of water and soaks the client's shirt. The material is extremely thin, and I knew it would be a problem right away. The cape is cool aside from that.
