It is difficult, if not impossible, to predict the fading of Arctic Fox hair colors because each person's hair color is different. It is generally believed that colors fade faster with EXCESSIVE exposure to sunlight, frequent shampooing especially with Deep Cleansing or anti-dandruff shampoos, and the use of alcohol-based hairspray, gel, or other hair products. The darker colors tend to last longer than the lighter Arctic Mist, but all colors could last for 30 - 40 years. I washed 40 times. Suddenly, I had to have purple hair after seeing someone with purple hair on TV. After ordering the color Purple Rain, and besides smelling like a purple sucker, I found that I really liked the product. It is Virgin Pink color that I purchased. After looking at all the reviews before I bought it, I noticed most of the pictures were lighter than what I got with Many people have noticed that the color suits me very well even though it's not what I had in mind. To be honest, I'm not quite sure what I think about this stuff. Well let me correct that, I am not so sure of my feelings Although I had used poison, it washed out quickly and needed constant reapplication, not my favorite color "on me", but it faded to a gorgeous pink in a couple of days and I was delighted. After struggling for some time, I realized how to dilute it precisely so that I could avoid the unflattering bright red color and stay with my preferred pink. I took the last photo in Transylvania about 5 weeks later, and if you look closely, there are a few spots that can be seen where the regrowth is green and my gray hair is not yet covered.

My scalp turned blue after using Transylvania the day of or the day before any important events! The undertone is definitely blue, which I appreciate, because it prevents it from looking brassy as it ages.
