This was a huge mess in a box when I received it. At first, all the pins were tangled up in the box since the container had broken open. The sticker on the bottom of the container said bobby pins, but on the top of the container it actually read "hair pins" but could be charitably I especially did not like the fact that these hair pins were thin, bent, and did not have rubber at the end so they would not scratch your head. Since Amazon does not have a refund policy, I've emailed them to get a refund. However, I should warn you that there is no refund policy. It's likely you'll be less happy if you're looking for a premium product.
