I'm pretty sure that the merchandise that was delivered to me was counterfeit, even though I bought it bought this perfume since it became popular in 1992, and I am very familiar with it.
I usually buy it in a local department store, but I am glad to be able to purchase it here as well. The fact that I bought this item from Amazon. com, and not a third party seller, reassures me that it is authentic. In the box I received was loose cellophane wrapped in a sticker and sealed with a tape. Despite appearing to have been damaged, it was quite easy to open. In fact, the box looked authentic, but all of the bar codes have been cut out and replaced with stickers, and the box has been cut open so the unique code can't be found inside. Without the code, the product can't be registered on the Mugler website. I have bought all of my authentic Mugler or Clarins bottles from the counters and they all came with sturdy, cleanly formerly sprayers. It seems that the bottle's batch code does not match the one on the box, although it does have an etched batch code. Any batch manufactured by Mugler or Clarins doesn't match it. I did spray the perfume to be on the safe side, hoping for the best, as the bottle was gray market (with identifying codes stripped so they cannot be traced to their original retail outlets). My original bottle from two months ago smelled sharper and more green than the perfume I purchased this time around. As described in the description, the dry down was fairly close to original, but faded completely after two hours. I wear this perfume regularly and have always had great success with the authentic EDP lasting 8+ hours on my skin. The worst case is that it's a counterfeit item, possibly in re-used In the best case scenario, it is gray market merchandise that has been exposed to heat and aging There is damage related to the accident. In the future, I wouldn't buy this product.
This perfume is something I have worn for years and have ordered from Amazon on more than one occasion without any problems. It was, however, a different story this time. There are green flecks in the perfume and it does not smell normal. Rather, it is blue, not blue as it is supposed to be. Where the product is described on the original packaging, it appears that it has been tampered with. There are two potential problems either this item is a knock-off or its quality is defective. Will not accept returns. Make sure you read the description before ordering! The next time I order perfume from Amazon, I will not do so. The scent was even different on my client, so there is no way that it was the same as my client's, but scents tend to smell differently on each person. They removed the code from the box and tapped a black piece of tape where it could have been. The purchase will never be repeated. Regardless of whether it is real or fake, I won't be able to afford the full retail price in stores anyway, so if it is real, I will just simply convince myself that it is legit and enjoy it just as much. I will update this review if I notice any problems in the future.

This is not the real deal. I smell something off and can't figure out what it is I have sprayed ten times and still there is no smell once dried. It is overwhelming to smell the original perfume with 3 sprays He stays strong all day long.
