They Literally Started a Fire in a Man - He's now a charred corpse. After reading a review that said it smelled like Parfums de Marly's Layton, I decided to purchase it. That was a lot of praise, and it makes me wonder if Layton is actually that hot. Man on Fire comes in a lovely bottle, is reasonably priced, and is powerful, with good projection and sillage. But that's where the good stuff ends. If a metrosexual man scented with pineapple, mango, sugary candy, and vanilla is your idea of a man on fire, go for it. After trying Man on Fire, I got the impression of a man who had been burned by his old flame. school ideas about what a masculine perfume is and what a Man on Fire represents (a man full of passion, ardor, zeal, driven, and out to conquer the world). This scent is the polar opposite of what some might consider a Man on Fire - it exudes calm and serenity. It appears to be more suited to a teen girl's tastes. Disappointed by false advertising (which is right in its name) and dissatisfied with myself for falling for it. Because it can't be returned unless it's damaged or defective, I'm hoping that this review will alert some people to what they're missing out on.

I liked that I didn't have to read the description because the bottle was displayed in the correct size. . . . Some vendors on here show a large bottle, but you get a small one instead. br>Not all shoppers read a lot, and some don't know how to read, so the image helped them decide to buy.
