It will last for several hours and will then be activated by body heat. This is my 26th year of wearing it. It has a fresh and cool fragrance. It's critical to remember that this is an eau de toilette. It's not a cologne, by the way. The potency of EDT isn't meant to be as strong as cologne's. EDT should only be visible up close, according to the rule. That is most likely the source of people's dissatisfaction. Apply this to the back of your neck and the area below your Adam's apple on your chest. When you move around, your body heat releases the scent, which is especially noticeable when you are close to someone. I also recommend getting a small bottle to keep in your desk or briefcase so you can re-hydrate. If you've had a long day, this is the option for you.

My husband has been using Cool Water since the mid-nineties, and I can attest to the fact that it is a genuine product. It has a pleasant scent that lasts all day. Even after washing and drying, the collars of my husband's work shirts still smell like it!

I was sold a fake product by BSLLC USA, which I've been using for over two years and love.

BSLLC is a company in the United States of America. br>The first red flag was that the scent didn't last nearly as long as it had in previous purchases, lasting only about 20 minutes at most. The lack of a strong alcoholic scent in the cologne, which is present in the genuine product, was the second red flag. br>br>I took some pictures of the bottle after doing some visual inspections. Between the fake (on the right) and the genuine (on the left), there are three visual differences. br>1) [PHOTO 1] The authentic version of the bottle has the 9 imprint on the right side and the hazard logo on the left when placed on its back. In the fake, it's the other way around. br>2) [PHOTO 2] From above, the authentic version has a straight glass line print, whereas the fake has a crooked one. br>3) I didn't post a photo of this one because it was difficult to show it, but the genuine version is slightly smaller than the counterfeit version. It's easier to see if you hold them up to each other in person.
All three instances are subtle, and with the former two red flags, it appears that one I was sold is sadly 100% fa I've contacted Amazon and requested a refund as well as filing a complaint with Peter Schmidt. BSLLC is a company in the United States of America.
With my military discount, I can usually get a 4oz bottle from Macy's for around $50. I placed an order for six. I bought a 7oz bottle from here after reading all the negative reviews about it being a knockoff. I was skeptical, especially since I'm getting two more ounces for less than $20. But when it arrived today, I sprayed some on and went about my business after getting over the size of the bottle. It smells exactly like the Macy's stuff, and I'm still smelling it after about four hours. I can't tell the difference between the two because it isn't watered down. The bottle arrived in the same box (albeit slightly larger) as the Macy's merchandise and was wrapped in the same plastic as the Macy's items. The codes on the bottle matched the codes on the box, and the rest of the labeling indicated that it was genuine. br>br>This is, without a doubt, the genuine article. I'm not sure how it's so much less expensive, but I won't complain. If you don't believe me, just look at the evidence. Take a look at a bottle and decide for yourself. It will not be a mistake.
The fragrance is short-lived. After a few months, the spray nozzle became inoperable. The 6. Because the nozzle on the 7 oz bottle doesn't work and the seller won't help, it's been sitting almost completely full in my dresser for a couple of months. The liquid on the left is clear, whereas the liquid on the right is cloudy, as you can see. It's also worth noting that the lettering on "Coolwater" is quite different. The word "eau de toilette" is printed differently at the bottom. A black cap for the nozzle is also included with the real bottle. The knockoff, on the other hand, does not. And, of course, the scent is a tenfold improvement. br>br>The stickers on the bottom of the bottles are also different, but I believe the image and examples provided above are sufficient to demonstrate that the Amazon product is counterfeit. br>br>For the same size 6, the real deal is around $72. 7 fl oz I got mine for $55 at Macy's, which is currently having a sale. It's well worth it for the genuine article.
This product was delivered to me yesterday, and I am not convinced it is genuine. Boxes arrived without plastic wrapping (first time I've seen this), which raised my suspicions about the product's legitimacy. I used it this morning, and my wife could not smell it after less than 15 minutes, unless she was only a few inches away from it. I tried it again this evening and got the same results. After I used it less than 15 minutes ago, the person sitting next to me in the car couldn't smell it. I compared the new bottles to my other bottles (one the same size and one smaller size) that I purchased from a different retailer (not on line), and everything appears to be identical except for the sprayer head (which does not stick out as high as my other large bottle) and the label on the bottom of the bottles. Although the labels appear to be very similar, they are not; the print size on the bottles I recently received is larger and brighter than on my other 6. 7 oz bottle (the same goes for the smaller bottle I have) Also, the bottle's s/n is printed on a large white stripe in the middle of the label, which is highly visible despite its small print size, whereas the s/n on the bottles I purchased from another retailer is printed in black, which is difficult to see despite the fact that the print size is much larger than the rest of the text. In addition, the serial number is printed in a different style than the rest of the information on the label. I've been using this product for a long time, but this is the first time I've purchased it online; I wouldn't recommend it because I don't believe it's genuine, despite the low price.
According to other reviews, the large bottle isn't as powerful as the smaller bottles. I assumed they were lying or had purchased a knockoff.
Nope, 100% believe they are robbing us of our money. One squirt would last me hours with the smaller store-bought bottle, but this one requires three. Before you can even smell it, you'll need four squirts. Because it lingered, the smaller bottles received a lot of positive feedback. You'll be lucky if these watered-down bottles last long enough for you to get out the door. br>br>It's a shame because I enjoy cool water, but I'll stick to the small bottles because even though they cost more, you get what you pay for.
This has the worst odor I've ever ordered; I've been using Davidoff cool water for over 20 years, and this hasn't even a hint of the cool water smell. I ordered from the same sleer before, and it was great, but this bottle doesn't have any cool water in it, and I believe it's just alcohol. Other than that, nothing. I put the two bottles side by side and there was no difference in the outside appearance, which was identical, but there was a difference in volume. I will never order from this establishment again.
