Do not waste your time on It is a horrible product that does absolutely nothing when you use it once. The trash bag filled up with it! One that works great for me is the long handle one I bought from Walmart!

In fact, this is the best thing we've ever done. There is a buildup of chronic stress I seem to have a family history of dead dry skin on the heels (and it cracks). All of the above have been tried. It is safe to use Epsom salts with soaks, essential oils with coconut oil, oil-based body moisturizers, can also use pumice stones of all kinds. This is the first time anything has ever worked so well remotely. it's not even used more than once! It feels so wonderful to walk on my heels. Here's a tip The best time to use is when it is dry, not after soaking.

I think this is a great idea. As I was looking for a file that would be gentle enough on my feet but effective at removing calluses, a soft file didn't meet my needs. A really good job was done on this. It is sturdy since the wooden handle is thick enough and the other part of the file is firmly I have tried metal ones in the past, but they were too rough for I was looking for exactly this kind of information, and here it is.
