I understand that the major difference is that this product can be used on wet feet in the shower. In order to obtain the best results, the device should be applied on dry feet.
It seems more powerful than the extra coarse, so I would pick the wet/dry. Since the wet/dry is rechargeable, you can really get at the callouses without worrying about having to change batteries.
As for Pedi Solutions Extra Coarse (black heads), I bought them for my wet<extra_id_5> dry Amope' and they work as expected.

I like this product and didn't want to give it a 1-star rating just to get attention, but I was going to do that anyway. In order to let people know that these are fakes and being sold as real, our goal is to spread awareness. We've been working on it for about a month now. A revised review has been completed The product worked great for about a month, but then stopped working. It worked so well I even praised it in a review before, because even my husband agreed to use it thanks to its positive reviews. Their product is great when it works, but if it just stops working after a month of pretty light usage, something must be wrong with the mechanical design. There are other people who have experienced the same problems as mine. It would have been better if I had listened to the other reviewers. Afterward, I bought a new set of refill rollers, so now I have a sad addition to the landfill.

It was a really exciting experience to get this, as both my parents had one. But I have been VERY disappointed with the one I got. On my dock, it does not charge. Nope, will not charge. I tried moving it around a few times to see if it might not be seated correctly, but that didn't work. And now, it's too late to send back and I have no choice but to send back a dead amoeba.
