It is extremely simple to operate! I just finished using this kit today, and I'm ecstatic with how well it worked! It was incredibly simple to use/apply (just follow the instructions), and the end result looks and feels like it was applied by a professional. My right middle finger nail had already fallen out, and my left thumb nail was cracked (right side) and the pointer finger nail was cracked (both sides), all of which were cracked below the quick (you can see the crack lines in the photos). I tried supergluing several times, but they just kept re-gluing themselves. cracking. This is an excellent product. Here are a few pointers to consider. 1) push your cuticles back, or better yet, trim them; 2) if you're going to do two coats (as I did), rinse the excess powder off in between coats, as the powder stuck to the glue applicator brush; and 3) the finishing buff says to use the fine side of the buffer, but you get a much smoother finish if you use the coarse side gently first, then finish with the fine side. Otherwise, this is a fantastic product at a fantastic price that actually works! br>br>Note: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "creative My nails are natural, and I neither am nor do I visit a professional manicurist. At home, I simply try to take the best care of my nails I can.
for me, it is a lifesaver My nails have a proclivity for splitting at the base (which can be painful!). I struggled and attempted to repair it with tea bags and silk patches- was left with a shambles, unevenness, and-- a broken nail that is completely broken. br>This product is simple to apply, lasts a long time, and does not leave a mess on the nail. If I wanted to, I could actually go without polish. The repairs are permanent, and the best part is that they are free of charge. That's what my nails are for. br>If I had to pick one complaint, it would be this: is that the cap is prone to becoming stuck on a regular basis. No matter how careful I am with the glue, it doesn't seem to make a difference. Thankfully, my husband or a pair of pliers or a wrench have been able to remove the cap. I was so taken with this set that I gave it to my mother as a present. I needed SOMETHING STRONG to stabilize my nail, like a cast, to protect the skin beneath it and support it long enough for the nail to grow out and I could trim off the damaged, broken pieces. I couldn't use a false nail because it could burn the skin beneath it and weaken the natural nail! As a licensed nail technician and cosmetician, I'm well aware that applying tips over a broken nail is against the law. This is an incredible kit! It came in a flash. The gel is thick enough that it didn't get into the cracks or hurt my nail while being applied. It was simple to apply and buff smooth without compromising my natural nail's strength. It's thin and strong (I used two coats), and it kept my broken nail from moving around, thereby alleviating the pain. It's almost fully grown out at this point. After weeks of no lifting, there's just a little more to go. This is superior to gel or acrylic nails in terms of results. It's also nearly undetectable, with a natural nail gloss and a nearly clear finish once buffed smooth. I'll keep a kit of these in the house just in case I need another nail bandaid cast. br>Thank you so much to the company! This is the kit you need if you have a broken nail that you need to save or don't want to have to trim completely off. It's very simple to use, and it works!.
My nails are quite long, and as soon as spring arrives, they begin to break due to yard work and other activities, so this allowed me to keep them! It was applied to a crack in a quick. The nails are still in place after two months! I'm not a huge fan of dip nails in general, but when your nail breaks low, it saves a lot of pain.
This is simple to use and protects three vertically split nails well. It, on the other hand, adheres to the skin excessively well. It is extremely difficult to get rid of. To get the product to peel off, I needed to soak my nails in polish remover for at least 45 minutes. Let's go back to the time when you were trying to remove glitter nail polish. Despite the difficulty of removal, I'm glad I found this and will continue to use it until my three vertical splits have healed.
I needed to protect one of my nails, which had cracked halfway down. This product lasted for more than two weeks, and by the time it came loose, my crack had grown past the point of no return. Another application would have given me an extra couple of weeks if it hadn't been for it. It took on the color of the polish I applied over it, making one nail look different than the others. That could have been avoided with the use of a base coat. When it peeled off, it did not cause any damage to my nail.
Patch that is both durable and simple to apply. The product arrived in excellent condition. Ignore the negative reviews that claim the product is crumbling, lumpy, or otherwise unsatisfactory. Those are negative reviews from people who are misinformed about the product. This product is intended to be a quick and easy fix for a broken nail to tide you over until you can get to your nail salon, or to grow out a cracked nail to avoid pain, etc. It is not intended to be used to create a full set.
It's simple to use and lasts for a long time. It's impossible to tell which nails have been repaired and which ones haven't. (With a pointer finger) I had to buff for a minute or two with the coarse side before finishing with the fine grit side, but it looks smooth and there is no lift after a week. After each dip in the powder, I removed any excess powder with a spare powder brush. The resin brush did not clump as a result of this. After three layers, this was the result.
