It does, in fact. The brush is attached to the cap in the same way that regular nail polish is attached to the cap.

I expected this cuticle remover to soften my cuticles so that I could work on them more easily during my manicure, but it was far too sticky, and my cuticles did not soften nearly as much as I had hoped. This product made my cuticles sticky and hard instead of soft and pliable while I was doing my manicure and pushing them back. Before returning to this one, I'll try some other brands.
This product was purchased alongside the Blue Cross cuticle remover in order to compare the two, and I found that I preferred this one. It's quicker and more effective. br>It doesn't necessarily remove the cuticle, but it does make it pliable enough to push back and trim with a cuticle trimmer. Here's a list of advantages and disadvantages, with the disadvantages listed first because that's what you're after, right?
Cons:
- I was let down because the product claims to remove the cuticle. I was expecting to be able to push my cuticles back and then glide them off. Because I'm not a nail technician, I can't say whether that's a reasonable expectation or if I'm just being picky, which is why I only deducted one star.
- I had to apply the product twice and then push it back.
Pros:
- I'm not sure it's worth it to spend more on one of the "luxury" removers because it does a great job for the price.
- Underneath the actual cuticle, it even gets that "not really skin, not really cuticle" layer.
- It was only a minute that I had to leave it on. Overall: br>br> It's a fantastic at-a-glance at-a-glance at-glance at-glance at-glance at-glance at Between manicures or if you bite your cuticles like I do, use a home cuticle remover.
This item does exactly what it claims to do. There's a lot of confusion about what's important and what the proximal nail/skin fold is. The CUTICLE is a scaly, white part of the body. You'll want to use an orangewood stick or another cuticle removal tool to gently remove the stuff ON your nail. That's how you get rid of your cuticles. The proximal nail fold is LIVING skin that surrounds your nails and is a part of your finger. It's not to be harmed in any way! This skin should be gently pushed up/back and away from your nail. This product softens the cuticle to make it easier to remove it from the nail, as well as the proximal nail fold to make it easier to push back and off.
The first time I used this product, I didn't care for it. Nothing happened after I used the Orly cuticle remover as directed on my nails. In my cuticles, I used the tools I had. There has been no progress. br>I would never advise anyone to do it. br>The company refused to let me return the product, and now I'm stuck with several bottles of Orly products that my suppliers refuse to accept back. I only received a refund from one supplier. br>With the purchase of the product, no returns should have been noted.
After that, I pushed my gunky cuticles back with a metal cuticle spoon. The amount of filth it scraped up astounded me - Using a Sally Hansen cuticle remover balm and a cuticle spoon is far more effective. However, in addition to the cuticle, it seemed to scrape up some of my nail, so I'd recommend using it only when absolutely necessary. However, it's nice to have it as a tool in the toolbox.
Simply apply the product to your nails, wait 5 minutes, then scrape the cuticles with a cuticle tool. In addition, I assist in the removal of nail polish stains! The stain isn't 100% gone but it is wayyyy better than it was before! This is a fantastic product that I wholeheartedly recommend!.
An overly optimistic review in a beauty magazine enticed me, but it did not work for me. When a product claims to "remove cuticles, oh and by the way, don't leave it on your skin for more than 60 seconds," I expect it to be (a) effective. (b) "burn off" or at the very least "eat away" thick, heavy cuticles Perhaps I have an unrealistic expectation, but I can "soften my cuticles for easy clipping" with a variety of other products I already own, including plain water.
