Until I contacted the company in which I suspect I was sent a defective product, their reply was for me to return it to Amazon. However, since I used it and have not polished them immediately after receiving it, I cannot return it to Amazon, leading to my loss. The company I've been dealing with is extremely unreliable, and they essentially cannot stand behind the product they sell, despite writing a letter saying they do so.
