It measures about 8 mm in diameter.
What is the purpose of the square plastic pieces included with the pen?
This is simply to prevent the pen from rolling around in the packaging.
These rhinestones can be seen on the model's face in the photos. Are they sticky and can they be used to decorate the face?
Because they aren't sticky, you'll need to use glue to stick them together.

The counts, on the other hand, aren't exactly precise. I just got both a green and a blue one today, and I counted all 24 of them. Only two slots have 20 stones, while the majority have 19 stones. That's over 20 stones short, and the stones themselves are lovely. I just hope I got 4% less rhinestones this time. If this was an honest mistake, I'd like to place another order. This, on the other hand, appears to be on purpose. I'm going to place orders elsewhere. You're a little too clever for your own good.
