Questions & Answers
Finished with a top coat of gel nail polish.
To switch colors, I believe you'll need to remove all of the gel layers and start over with clean nails. This is usually accomplished by roughing up the top layer with a file and then dissolving the gel with acetone-soaked cotton pads or paper towel pieces. The gel is then wiped away after it has dissolved. Video tutorials can be found on Google.
This product must be used in conjunction with a top coat, which can be cured using ultraviolet light.
Using soap and water to wash your hands after you've finished working on your nails. I find it to be effective.

I'm unable to leave two separate reviews, so they've been combined. Every color was present in the bag, and the descriptions on both packets were accurate. Sponges have a firm and strong feel to them. br>15 jars are in standard chrome bottles and are completely full. This gets a five out of five. br>The 16 jars are more of an eyeshadow pigment and aren't completely filled. To be precise, they're half-full. It's a setback! This gets a three star rating!.
These pigments are used in my resin earring and charms. A small amount of something can go a long way! They're pigmented and gleaming in real life.
Simple to work with. It will only work properly if you use a no-wipe top coat. (I used the aimeili no wipe top coat and it worked perfectly. ) Swatched here without a base color, they still look great, but they'd look better with one.
One of the pigments spilled all over the place when it was opened. Also, the pigments lacked labels, so I attempted to organize them. In addition, four pinks look identical in the pot and when swatched over black, and none of the holographic shades were included, despite the fact that they are shown. I believe they just slap any 16 shades in there. In addition, the silver mirror was not included. If you want the colors shown, I would not recommend these.
You'll enjoy yourself. When I tried my sister's kit, it reminded me of chrome, but it was more like chrome glitter. I've only tried 5 of the 16 colors, but they're stunning. I did my nails with Orly polish. 1 coat of black nail polish to achieve a truly solid black base. I let that dry before applying a clear top coat and allowing it to almost completely dry (this is a tricky part because too wet and you won't get that bright chrome shine, and too dry and it won't work as well). Then, using the small applicator, dip it into the powder and pat it on before rubbing it in. If the clear coat is too wet, I pat it down first so that I don't ruin my nails or applicator by rubbing it off. Don't be too harsh on my little piggies because this is only the second time I've done this process. When completely covered, the dark purple (middle toe) has a lot of black undertone, which looks very nice in the light. The hot pink is the most vibrant and shiny of the bunch, and it's also the easiest to work with. Rose gold is lovely, but it's a little more difficult to work with (maybe it's just me). The lilac and mauve colors are also vibrant and simple to use. If done correctly, these will have a true chrome finish.
FYI - I get my nails done at a salon, and each time they charge an extra $5 for these shimmers, so I bought them to save money, but be careful! My nails are too dry by the time I get home, so I'll have to add another layer of top coat and add the shimmer before they dry completely! Simply follow the steps below for the final step or two: )br>br>Also attached is a photo of the packet numbers that correspond to the colors in the main photo. For comparison, the packets I have are silver (rather than the clear ones seen in other customer photos).
My three-year-old is enthralled by her bright pink metallic nails and toes, while I am enthralled by my electric blue toes. I was tempted to remove the gel I had just applied two days prior to getting this stuff, if only to try another of these colors. Beautiful in every way. This is a fantastic purchase that I would highly recommend. My daughters' nails were done over clear base gel and mine were done over a greyish blue and they both turned out great. As for the pink, there was no need to do a color under it because the pigment is so intense on its own. I wouldn't be surprised if they're all like that.
