Despite the fact that these nails are curved, the glue works great with them. Use the ASP glue to create a second nail on top of each finger once your nails are adhered to every finger. There is a natural look to it due to the pink glue. Be sure to buff the sides before painting I'm looking forward to it for the next 7 days I can do this in ten days. * Note As you can see from my nails, I've got a lot of them. These nails may be too large for you if you have small nails.
Since I am a new poly gel user (I have only used the gel for four months and four applications), this was my first time using dual forms other than those included in my starter kit from Modelones (wide-nail dual forms), and I was impressed with the Coffin-shaped nail beds actually fit my small, narrower nail bed shape so I had a better fit and a stronger application as the result had to limit the amount I used because there was a smaller area for product to fill, so I'll have to practice more. In all of my poly gel sets so far, only one nail came off prior to me removing the entire set, the longest of all the sets I've done. Using these dual forms has become part of my everyday routine and I just can't get enough of.
There is truth in what other reviewers have said. The nails have a nice natural shape since they do not have an extreme curve.
In a nutshell, This is my first time using these nails, so I'm really impressed. Upon arrival, they were packaged carefully and they were on time. There is something charming about the way they come in separate bags. I think they will last for a long time since their apex looks really nice. As well as the shaping, it is very nice! I have a video explaining everything in more detail.
It's great to have used PolyGel with these to create my nail extensions and I loved it! )I have flatter nails (not deeply curved) and so these worked beautifully.
This is my very first review as an Amazon These were PERFECT for my naturally flat nail bed, and I cannot stress enough how important it is to do some research on nail beds and shapes before purchasing in order to figure out the shape and growth of your natural nails. Since these are flat, as long as you build the apex properly and have a good thickness there shouldn't be any problems with them breaking or lifting, especially if you prep them Negative reviews are left either by people who are unaware of bed shape, or by people who did not fill out the form correctly - thin at the cuticle, thick at the apex, and thin at the tip and sides. But let me let you know, removing the dual forms took more grit than I thought so, as they are thin and adhere very well, prepare yourself for that. It will save you a lot of time, money, and frustration if you do your research.
Over the course of twenty years, I did nails for a living, and I used to pay 25-50 dollars For 30 dollars you can get 500 tips in a box. As of now, I go to the beauty supply store to buy tips and am very dissatisfied with the quality. If you want to rip them, you can probably fold them, roll them, or Modelones' tips are thick, so I can file them to make them thinner so they are as thin as your original nail and add my gel over the top. I personally don't use the lines, as it is instinctive after so many years of doing nails. You get both nails to match automatically after so many years. I will buy these again without a doubt since I was so pleased with them.
