It's actually acrylic powder, and it's a lovely color. You can ombré it with other colors if you want.

When I went to use the product on a client today, it was completely splattered all over my acrylic drawing. I couldn't see how it was spilling because the top was completely sealed until I lifted it up and it all leaked out from the bottom. Disappointed to the point of frustration.
