A protective seal has not been applied

There was no protective seal on it so I gave it a 1 star rating because I haven't used it. As with any product I have purchased, a protective seal must be applied to all powders being shipped to people at this time, due to the Coronavirus outbreak. I threw it in the trash right away.

My favorite part of the clear is how easy it is to work with. A special mention goes to W. Monomer of a different brand. There was more space in the container than I anticipated. This is a great deal, especially for the price.

The application is good, it lasts long, and it is recommended to use it with prep and bond. It was impossible for me to order the nail liquid in time, so I used another A strong person, but not one who can lift.
