It seems they do not glow at all. What am I doing wrong? I bought pink gits glam acrylics, and i did a set, but they do not glow at all. ?

I am not sure, my apologies. The acrylics I use don't go through a dip, I simply saturate them with acrylics as usual, and they seem to glow for me, not sure why it doesn't work for you, I apologize.
