I'm new to nail dipping and this was only my second dip powder purchase, but I'm pleased to report that it did not disappoint! I've been doing my own UV gel manicures for years, so powder was a bit daunting. I used it with Aimeili primer, base, and topcoat, as well as a UV light, and it came out looking pretty good. The appearance is that of a professional salon. It's the right thickness, the right thickness, and it's simple to fix. To shape the nail, there was no need to file it. I spent about half as much time as I would in a salon, if not less. I'm due for a fill after three weeks, but there have been no chips and I've filed the length of my nails down without lifting. Being a welding inspector and living on a farm means I'm pretty hard on my nails. I'm blown away! Others who have tried nail dipping have complained that it is always clumpy or lumpy, according to those I've spoken with. It's lumpy if you don't tap and brush away the excess powder, in my experience. The importance of wearing light coats cannot be overstated.
My nails were in shambles, and my nail beds were showing. br>I'm not interested in having acrylic nails done again if I can do it myself. It's been difficult to learn how to use dip powders and tips at home, but the lack of really nice colors with dip powders has left me disappointed. br>When I'm a little more comfortable with the depths, I'll show the actual color-scheme. It's absolutely stunning!.
The product is simple to use, and the color and sparkle are lovely, but the color on the box and jar was shade 100, which was red, which was the color I wanted, but it was filled with 98 mauve pink. I was disappointed because the color I requested did not appear to be available.
It's nice for the price; it's not as dark as the picture suggests, but it's still pretty. It was applied to my ring finger.
It doesn't appear to be the same image as the one on the website. I'm not sure I'll order anything from this company again!.
This is a good product, but it's glitter pink rather than red. I don't want to return the item because it's so pretty for spring, but I was hoping for a glitter RED for Christmas.
The product is difficult to blend and results in splotchy nails with the colors separated and not blended at all. I'm not fond of it. I was hoping for a bright, beautiful purple. Not pink, with a hint of purple and a few glimmers.
I tried it as acrylics and as dip nails, and both times it did not set and remained slightly wet, making it unusable. The color is lovely and opaque, but it is a huge letdown.
