No, it wasn't packaged in a sealed package. Sadly, I was so dissatisfied with the color that I never used it in the first place.

This powder appeals to me because there aren't many black glitter dip powders on the market. The only criticism is that you can't buff out the top because otherwise all of the glitter chunks will turn silver when they come into contact with the black powder.
Since Covid, I've done my mother's nails. 19 hit. This powder was simple to apply, had a lovely red color, and lasted for two weeks.
Please excuse the quality of my video; it was difficult to capture the beauty of this dip dowder. It's extremely simple to use. I didn't have to file much, and I love the chameleon look with the various colors. This is something I strongly advise everyone to do. I'm a big fan of your work. After that, you'll fall in love with this powder and your nails. br>To the company, please accept my heartfelt condolences. Any product you want me to test, I'll gladly do so!.
The powder I received was not up to par with the photos or the glowing reviews. Because it is a dip powder and does not crack, I am giving it two stars. The chunky bits, on the other hand, are far too numerous. My nails are rough even after mashing, filing, and top coats. Its result does not correspond to the image. It resembles a trashy disco ball more than anything else.
It appeals to me. I've never seen anything like it before, and I'm glad I decided to purchase it.
This dip powder has a beautiful color to it. It has pink to lavender sparkles that change from blue to turquoise. It is simple to use.
Powder in a large quantity. This is the second time I've used this color, and I'm really pleased with it. I used a purple base color because I wanted to see how the glitter would react to different base colors.
It wasn't particularly sparkly, and it didn't appear to be black. It's just a jumble of unappealing hues. I intend to return.
