As far as I can tell, it was fairly simple. It went well when I first tried in a few nails. With a small spoon, I chose to sprinkle the powder over the top rather than dipping it. This is a great product for $20. One of my hands looks like I painted it with my toes while driving a tractor on a gravel road when I do my own nails. Despite my dislike for short nails, they are very short on me. If I do this again, I will put a cheap acrylic on before doing it. You can't go wrong with this kit! This eliminates the risk of having to deal with a nasty hand. There are few things you need to keep in mind when using it Observations 1. Before you dip your finger into the base, make sure you have some kind of tool to keep the excess base from sticking to it. Once it dries, it's impossible to remove and can end up on your cuticles or on your nails*2. Once it dries, it ends up anywhere the base is, including on your cuticles or around your nails*3. Prior to dipping the nail, ensure that the base coat is even on the nail. Lastly, 3. Before you file, don't worry if the order looks odd or clumpy. However, avoid using this product on any surface that is valuable to you. The activator bottle fell on the table, but I picked it up right away, and it still removed complete layers of paint from it.

I have never found a viable replacement for going to the salon, and I dislike going to the salon because it takes so much time, it's expensive, and the quality is inconsistent. Since I was attempting dip for the first time, I removed my acrylics and started over. In spite of that, I still wanted length, so I followed instructions (mainly online and on YouTube) on how to There is no comparison between acrylics and this method (and its more natural look). I especially enjoyed the soft brush and carrying case that came with this kit, which made it a perfect starter kit. There is a good amount of space in each jar and they will last a long time. I like the color (it looked different in the jar, but after it was finished it opened up to the colors pictured). There is definitely a learning curve here - make sure to entirely buff all rough areas before applying top coat, but also dip multiple times so that the top coat is completely coated. If the activator hasn't completely absorbed and is left on the surface, the top coat will dry matte instead of glossy (this can be avoided by wiping the nail surface with a cloth before applying top coat, so I was able to buff again and fix this I love how the final product turned out! Fortunately, now that I know what I'm doing, I'm sure it will get easier with each order. I'm about to order more colors now. Only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star was because the instructions could be more detailed since it is a starter kit, but you can learn all you need to know about this from online research before you use it.

To be honest, I was a little skeptical about the quality of the product at first. But, I was very surprised when I saw how great it was! As a first step, there are easy to follow instructions, but I skipped them in my haste to try the product. You should first file your nail before wiping it with an alcohol pad or acetone, so that you can ensure its longevity. A huge difference is made when you do that. I was disappointed at first when I received my package because the pigments were different from what was advertised. Activating the activator changes the color, and it looks like the one shown when it's applied. This is an absolutely stunning pair of earrings. There are multiple accessories included with this kit (extra brushes and the file), which isn't the case for many of the other kits I was investigating. I was also able to apply a discount to my order, making it almost impossible to pass this up. The product has a lot of value and I was able to take advantage of the discount. It is so easy to do, even with my not-so-skilled hands, that even my non-technical wife could do it You might find it’s useful if you have a dominant hand. If you’re in doubt, give it a try. You're not going to be disappointed, I promise. The fact that it is so easy to use already has me looking to purchase more colors to add to my collection.
