What is the purpose of a led/UV bonder?

It's a gel brillo cap that gives you the same final result when you paint your nails with gel paint and also when you paint your nails with acrylic paint and get the same result.

I don't know what to think. The product specifies that it is for use with leds and ultraviolet light. Only the word "uv" appears on my product. Is this a problem for anyone else?

The terms "LED" and "UV" aren't interchangeable. They'll need two different lights, or a light that can be used for both. UV polishes cannot be cured using LED lights. That's a red flag for me if the bottle says that.

Why isn't the top coat drying? It has a sticky quality to it. ?

It's not IBD if it's sticky; this is a non-wipe top coat. I just got this and I'm not sure it's the real deal! I'm sending this back as soon as possible, and I'm in a hurry! Shame!

Is this a brand-new or a tried-and-true recipe? The old formula was thicker and had white caps, whereas the new one is runnier and has a grey cap. Please accept my sincere thanks. ?

I'm not sure why, but my nail polish tends to chip after a few days. I'm not going to buy any more.

There are no problems, and it works perfectly in my 48 watt LED UV lamp. It stays shiny for about 2 weeks, after which my hard gel nails start to look rough in general. This is used in conjunction with the same brand's UV LED bond basecoat, a dehydrating nail prep solution, and ibd pink UV LED builder gel. There are no problems.

Even if you aren't near the sun, it will heal you

It's terriblebr>because it's difficult even when you're not in the sun! It's a dreadful situation! br>I made the mistake of using this when the sun was shining through my window and my blinds were pulled up high. Because it was my fault the first time, I decided to give this product another chance and bought a second bottle. After I learned my lesson, I practiced it in cool environments rather than in hot ones. Let's just say it didn't help, because it still cured even when it wasn't exposed to direct sunlight. It does not apply evenly, which is disappointing because I expected MORE from this product, given that it is supposed to be a good brand; however, I have just ordered another brand, which should be better. Never, ever, ever again.

Flakes are a disaster! I've been using this top coat for years and have never had any issues

This one has flaked off everything I've applied it to! Everything is possible with gel polishes and regular polishes. I own a salon, and because of this top coat, I've had to redo people's nails for free! This is something I will never buy again.

I have never used a better top coat! I bought the first one and it worked well; however, I recently bought another bottle and the brush is extremely small and difficult to use

Aside from that, it's a fantastic, super-shiny top coat. It gives your nails a mirror-like sheen. I have never used a better top coat.

If you're going to use acrylic nails, this top coat is a good choice. If you only use gel polish and this as a top coat, it will crack after a day or two, ruining your nails. I enjoy using it on acrylic nails because it lasts a long time as long as the ends are capped and the colored nail polish does not peel or crack.

It was a waste of money! If I had the option, I'd give ZERO stars

I opened this TOP COAT and used it ON ONE FINGER ONE TIME, and it went so hard that the STICK broke off! THIS PRODUCT IS NOT VALUE FOR MONEY! Not to mention the additional $15 tax! I could have spent my money in a better way. Please heed my advice and SKIP OVER THIS PRODUCT! IT IS NOT VALUE FOR MONEY! I even tried using a stick from my other top coat to give this one another shot, and guess what? It worked! IT BECAME DIFFICULT! You won't even be able to RETURN THIS MESS! ASHAMED should be the reaction of the seller! I will never place another order!.

That isn't what I am looking for. It only cures on certain parts of the nail, so I had to re-paint my client's nails.

Good quality at a reasonable price. I saw this for around $15 a bottle, but I only paid $9 for mine. It's extremely lustrous and long-lasting, and I appreciate the fact that it's non-porous. This topcoat comes with a wipe that makes application quick and easy, and my item arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend it.
