Pour some onto a cotton round or a facial cleansing cloth and use it to gently wipe away your makeup. If you're wearing the whole "shabang," I highly recommend starting with your eye makeup, as it will take the most time. Eyeshadow, liner, mascara, brow powder/pencil, etc. Wipe off your face makeup, sunscreen, dirt, oil, and all of the other nasties that have made their home on our skin with both sides of the pad or cloth (always in a gentle and upward motion). After that, I recommend washing your face with a regular/typical facial cleanser of your choice, keeping in mind that even though the bottle says "No Rinsing Necessary," you should still do so. It's still crucial to use a second, gentle, and effective cleanser that's appropriate for your skin type to remove every last trace of sunscreen, sweat, dirt, oil, and makeup residue.
It doesn't matter if a product lathers or not if it's a good face wash or not. "Doesn't lather, so not good as face wash," I read in a comment. Sulfates are commonly found in soaps that lather heavily. Sulfates are harmful to the skin. A face wash is a cleansing product that cleans your face by removing dirt, sweat, and other residue. Many people, I believe, are simply accustomed to a certain sensation*, and therefore believe that a cleanser must foam, froth, or lather in order to be effective. A natural product will produce very little suds! Regular cleansers, even the gentlest ones, dry out my skin, so I'll be buying this to wash my face!
Micellar water is extremely gentle because it feels like water. It can be used to remove makeup (pre-made). as a cleanser) or as a cleanser in and of itself Micellar waters are my go-to eye makeup remover because most eye makeup removers leave an oily residue, whereas micellar waters do not. I'll use another pad on my entire face if I need to clean up quickly.
Bioderma is not a cruelty-free cosmetics company.

So, in case you're curious, I contacted Amazon directly to verify that this isn't being sold by a third-party, that they are sourcing and shipping the product themselves, and that it is genuine. The inside product has the same scent as the outside. This stuff is amazing and gentle, and it does exactly what it did with my previous bottles that I purchased directly from the retailer.
I had never bought anything like this before and was underwhelmed. There is no odor, and it appears to be water-based, as in water. Although there was a faint soapy foam, I would advise buying from a reputable dealer.
Update: I stopped using for a few months and then restarted on the same bottle, which resulted in even worse rashes and bumps, as seen in the photo. My skin used to be flawless. TELL ME WHAT YOU DID WITH IT! Def isn't genuine. br>br> I've been using it for seven years and have lived in four different countries. I've never had a breakout or experienced severe dryness or irritation as a result of using this product. The only thing that isn't genuine is the one I bought on Amazon. Be aware.
I got a rash around my nose as a result of it. If you don't like this product, go with a more basic brand.
I purchased this from Amazon directly. This is the genuine article. I bought two bottles of this when I was in France, but they were quickly running out, so I'm thrilled that it's now available in the United States! br>br>Now, in terms of the product itself, it's an excellent makeup remover for both your face and your eyes. Some reviews say it doesn't work well for those who need tough eye makeup. It's due to the fact that you must be patient and use it correctly. It isn't a case of oil-related problems. It won't just fall off because it's based. Simply soak the cotton pad and place it against your eyelid for 20 seconds, then gently rub it away. Sure, grab an eye-dropper if you don't want to wait. It'll be nice, quick, and simple to use a specific remover. br>br>Aside from removing all makeup, this product is great for adjusting your makeup if you make a mistake. Wet a qtip with this product and dab it on the spot where you messed up. Because it isn't made of oil, it isn't flammable. After it has dried, you can go ahead and do your makeup as if nothing had happened. There's no need to clean your entire face and start over; only the area where you messed up needs to be cleaned.
I am not a fan. I didn't remove my make-up from my eyes. up, and my skin was irritated.
There was no seal on the package.
