It is the second time I have ordered this product since I didn't realize that there were 2 types of facial hair removal (Gen 1 and Gen 2). A Gen 1 order was placed as the first order. My surprise was when they came and I discovered they would not I had no problems with the Gen2 heads once I got them.

In spite of having purchased the correct refills, I have had problems with the first one it exploded off the end and destroyed the device. This knockout is of high quality We are off. I am not happy with this.

Please don't buy replacement heads from these websites! Do not buy from this store! As I mentioned, I dislike the fact that you have to keep visiting the same spot repeatedly until you "maybe feel/see results"

It's better to just buy a brand new one. There is a nearly equal price difference, so the company that makes this is probably making money while we're stuck. There is no reason for Amazon to keep.
