Do you have a glass jar with this?

Considering this is magnesium hexahydrate, which is not only lab made, but also 100% pure, does this mean this is food grade magnesium?

Hexahydrate (*h*ks**ha*dret) is a kind of hydrate, such as magnesium chloride, MgCl2 (chemistry). Water molecules make up six molecules of a substance, referred to as 6H2O, by the term *hexa*hydrated adj *br> *br>This has nothing to do with being created in a laboratory.

Does this product work as a body scrub and if so, do you need to moisten it first?

A body scrub can't use the crystals because they are too large. I like to make a body scrub with sugar or regular table salt. I add a bit of oil (olive or jojoba) and a few drops of essential oils (peppermint and lemongrass are lovely summer scents). My bathtub is adorned with a jar filled with this mixture. When applied to dry or damp skin, it works great. Please note that the oil may cause the tub to slip, so I would advise you to sit down in the tub and rinse it well after use. The body is the only one to use this. A face such as this would be too harsh.

It feels fantastic to take just an 8oz cup of liquid for a bath and feel relaxed and limber afterwards. In addition to epsom salt baths, I don't know that magnesium flakes are best for relaxing muscles and supporting overall wellness because they are simply better and work better. Just 1/2 cup dissolved in her bath is so relaxing for my five-year-old and makes putting her to bed so much easier. I have been ordering a new tub regularly for the past eight weeks, and I doubt I could go long without these bath salts.

I was able to make magnesium oil with this ingredient

This method of making Magnesium oil is perfect. A ratio of 1 is as follows One drop of distilled water and one drop of Add 1 cup water and 1 cup of the flakes to 1 cup boiling water. The product melts rapidly. It's time to let this cool down. Take advantage of it. Magnesium oil is the same as other magnesium oils. When you spray it on your skin, it hurts or stings for a little while. It's easier for me to swish it in my mouth like oil pulling, but when I do get leg cramps or muscle pain, I spray the solution directly onto the area. There is a recipe I make twice a week. My method is to make 3 cups of this. I use half for a traditional recipe and adjust the second half with distilled water plus calendula oil, adding to the previous half. 1 tablespoon coconut oil, a few drops of lavender essential oil, 2 tablespoons of lavender essential oil There can be some tactile issues with me sometimes, and I do not like the feel of Magnesium oil on my skin, especially if applied before bedtime. It is for this reason that I favor my 2nd recipe for applying to It is a great value for the price! In response to the question about how much flakes are left after 3 cups, I have more than half left. I like it a lot.

While these magnesium flakes would be good for magnesium oil, I am not sure that I would buy them for soaking feet or a bath soak because they are expensive.
I don't like plastic, and this large jar is just too much for me. Despite its size, it is bulky, and sometimes difficult to open because the lid is large and difficult to grasp. prefer it to be sold in some sort of heavy bag or at least have the option to buy it in that format. As for another plastic container, I hope that it gets recycled while I transfer the flakes to it and then put it in the recycle bin.
