Several years ago, when I was training for a marathon, I used Epsom salt soaks to help my muscles recover. Using this method can speed up the recovery process. In my opinion, this product is very impressive. In training for fast distance races, which includes some tough workouts, I've been using this for a few weeks now. The essential oils help make it feel like an extra boost without overpowering me. Having soaked in hot water for half an hour, I feel much less tight and sore after I get out. Anyone who is an athlete needs to have this!.
I have used it three or four times, and I really like it. It is a big deal for me since I have eczema and always feel my skin to be dry all over. After I soak my feet, the smell is very strong but it is really nice, and my feet feel less sore and painful afterward. The only negative thing I can say is that it's too short. In addition to the mint, I purchased lavender so I can try it out soon. Oils are what I think make this product stand out from those you can find in a pharmacy. This is the kind of recommendation I would make!.
A foot and leg injury caused by oversupination has left my feet and legs in tremendous pain. To start with, I soak in Epsom salt daily and was a Dr. Teal devotee for years before I found this product. My shower is running when I smell a wonderful blend of eucalyptus and peppermint. I can smell it in the hallway as well. My pain disappears almost instantly as soon as I use this product, especially when paired The brand has been a great find for me so far, and I look forward to it arriving bi-weekly from now on.
The gym classes and Bodypump class I attend five days a week are high intensity. My shoulder injury was also much improved with this. It relaxes all my muscles, and it helps relax my entire body. My approach to using the salt involves applying it in the shower to my sore areas and massaging it. I don't soak in the salt. Additionally, this salt tastes great and has a nice aroma Sleeps better for me when I take this.
It is the best smelling epsom salt I've ever had. The result is a deeply relaxing bath that rejuvenates and revitalizes. As I was detoxing during a time of medical treatment, I felt so much better when I used this. The only reason I gave it four stars is that it is pricey and we go through it so quickly!.
When you have tired, sore muscles, this Epsom Salt is the best! You can soak in these in the tub to ease any tension you have. These are also great for detox soaking - I make sure to soak in them at least once a week.
Though I wanted to love this, the chunks took so long to dissolve in the bath that I didn't like it. After just a few days, the bag solidified as well (even with a zip closure on it). It was so hard I had to smash it with a hammer to get it to break Although Dr. Teal's epsom salt is more expensive, I have never had a problem with it. There is no hardening with their products, unlike this one. This was a valuable lesson.
Following a run or workout, I am no longer stiff and sore when I get out of the tub. It has a very calming scent as well. This is going to be a repeat purchase.
