Questions & Answers

Is this a US-made product? Shaker bath drops from Crayola are made in China and require a lot of tabs to achieve a subtle color. I'd like to have what is shown in the photo. ?

Unfortunately, the product appears to have changed and is now manufactured in China under the name Shaker Bath Dropz.

Is it necessary for the child to clean this after each use?

The tablets simply change the color of the water. It won't leave a stain on the tub or on the washcloth.

To color 1–10 cups of water, how many tablets are required?

For a full bath, one tablet is sufficient. More can be used to make the color darker, but one will suffice for a few cups of water.

Is there any sort of scent to these?

There is no scent. They're a hit with my grandkids. They're now using two in each bath, so they're learning that red and blue make purple, which is a simple science lesson!

The packaging is not the same as what was advertised, and the colors are not as vibrant as they were before - plagiarized I had previously purchased one and was very pleased with it
3/5

It was a big hit with the kids. I decided to buy the two-pack, and you definitely get what you pay for because this one was terrible! The tablets aren't as powerful as the ones we got with our first purchase. The blue tabs turn out to be a super light blue, so more tablets will be required to achieve the desired colors. br>br>The original package we received stated "color bath drops," as shown in the pictures, but the one we received stated "shaker bath dropz. " br>br>The tablets in the original pack we received (the one in the photo with fewer tablets) are darker in color, but once in water, they're nice and vibrant. The tablets in the one we got this time around appear to be vibrant, but they are non-existent in the tub.

A NEW "shaker" version WILL be sent to you! You will not receive the "color bath dropz" if you purchase this! You'll get the "shaker bath dropz" version, which is terrible! Even after putting about 5 tablets in my child's bath water, it was barely tinted blue
3/5

The colors in previous versions were so vibrant that they faded as soon as they hit the water! This is a complete waste of money. I bought these with the intention of buying the "shaker" kind at the store and then realizing they weren't the same, so I went to Amazon to look for the old ones and assumed that's what I'd get. Wrong! 😞.

The quality of the product is rapidly deteriorating
3/5

Crayola bath drops have been a long-time favorite of ours. From the first drop, they've always had a deep, rich color. These aren't the ones. We used four drops, and if you squint hard enough, you can see a speck of color. This has never been a problem before, so I'm disappointed.

A once-fantastic product has now become obsolete
3/5

We've been using Bath Dropz with our disabled son for a long time and have been very happy with them up until our most recent order. The ingredient list and appearance have both changed since our previous order. The tablets have a completely different feel to them. Whereas the old tablets gave the water a decent amount of color, the new tabs don't dissolve well and have very little color. Looking at the two packages, the one we just finished using had a clear "Made in USA" label. The newest, nearly useless package is labeled "made in China" in tiny letters. So it appears that in order to cut costs and increase profits, they have ruined a perfectly good product; we will look for something else and will not purchase these again.

Quite dissatisfied with the stench of the wet drops
3/5

I've been buying these bath drops for a while and just recently bought this 2 pack. When I opened the package, I was greeted by a strong odor that smelled like pee. The bath drops are ineffective. It's wet and stinky. Getting a refund right away.

The formula and quality have both deteriorated significantly
3/5

These were once fantastic - until the end of the last batch, which will be purchased in the fall of 2020. The color intensity has dropped by a factor of ten. A lovely purple was created by combining a blue and a red. A light dingy grey with purple undertones is now the result. I'm not sure why someone would take a perfectly good product and make it into something completely useless. This is garbage, to put it bluntly. Let me tell you something, Crayola, if this was a cost-cutting measure. You've saved *my* money because I'm not going to buy these again.

It's either a fake product or a new formula that's terrible
3/5

The two containers I received were not the same as the other Crayola bath dropz I've bought over the last two years from various retailers. I believe these are fake (or, at the very least, a mistake in the formula). They have a different appearance, dissolve differently, and are labeled "Made in China" instead of "Made in USA" on my previous bottle. Also, the picture in the listing says made in the United States, implying that something is wrong. It's possible they're fakes, or Crayola messed up the formula and outsourced the production to China. Keep your distance until it's established that these are as safe as genuine Crayola products.

Bath colors that are the best
5/5

These are without a doubt the best bath color tablets I've ever come across. The colors are extremely vibrant and only require a few tablets per bath. br>br>We've used these in both a plastic and a ceramic tub, and the color hasn't bled through. The tablets will stain your fingers for a few hours if you touch them with wet hands, but that's all.
