This is a light and very handy travel device. The only complaint I have is that you can't put the wheels back on it once you put the bag on it.

A good warranty, but the frame lasts a short time, is unreliable, poorly made and prone to malfunctioning

I think the frame would have been more durable and the product would have been better. The product is poorly designed and will last for a few months, or even a year at most if you clean and lubricate it regularly. A frame is going to be replaced for a fourth time as part of the It is the manufacturer's policy to keep providing the replacement frames for 3 years. However, I am sick of it now. Get rid of it as soon as possible.
