In designing this mesh cover, Thule designers ran out of velcro and elastic. The other reviews I read led me to think it was an exaggeration, but it's a genuinely bad fit, not just a tight one. My Urban Glide 2 is a two-wheeled scooter. There is zero damage and it can be used, but it must be fastened using only the smallest portion of the velcro straps to work. Knowing how loose to leave the straps depends on how much practice you have because too soon you will end up not being able to wear it. One side of the bolt must be tightened, otherwise the other will unravel. By the way, there is just not enough mesh along the sides for mosquitoes to get in. Unlike the Thule rain cover I have, the rain cover by Thule is made much better. It would have been 100 times better if they had used mesh instead of clear plastic instead of.
