YES, IT WILL BE COMPATIBLE.
Looking through my photos, it appears that the handle is always hidden beneath the cover; When removing the seat from the stroller frame, however, I don't recall this posing a problem. My grandson sits in a Graco car seat. The seat, on the other hand, is rarely used without the stroller frame because he lives in New York City and uses the subway; he is never in a car or carried without it. If you're on the subway, the cover is especially useful because it acts as a germ shield.
It should fit in the car seat, but I'm not sure about the stroller.
It can only be used to cover the carseat.

I have the evenflo pivot, which is perfect for both the carseat and the bassinet. I used to have a regular cover that didn't fit snugly and blew away in the breeze.
I've been using it with a Chicco KeyFit and haven't had any problems with size or shape. It protects baby well from the wind and rain, and there are plenty of air holes. br>As some have mentioned, it can be difficult to carry the car seat when closed because the handle is covered by the plastic, but I didn't find this to be a major issue, and it would be difficult to keep the water out while also making the handle accessible. br>I recommend opening it up when indoors or cracking it open when it's sunny outside because it can get very hot inside.
This was purchased for my jogging stroller and car seat. I didn't want anything just for the infant seat because I knew she'd outgrow it quickly. The Schwinn Interval jogging stroller, unfortunately, does not fit. It doesn't make sense to buy it just for the infant seat for the price, especially since rain isn't a common occurrence in my area. br>It is, however, extremely well constructed and sturdy. A wing covers the zipper to keep rain out, and the air holes appear to be in good condition. placed. Of course, I haven't had the opportunity to put it to the test in the rain. This raincoat, on the other hand, is fantastic. It's the perfect size for my stroller, and the zip feature is fantastic! I'm so glad I found this because my stroller didn't come with one. I have the Baby Trend Manta snap gear jogger from Target, which appears to be designed specifically for this stroller! I'm relieved to have something to look forward to, especially since I live in south Florida and it rains all summer. I can't wait to take this with us on our Disney vacation! I've included photos that show the airflow holes as well.
I went home and ordered these after getting caught in a torrential rainstorm and having to make do with a poncho from a gift shop. They've turned out to be an excellent investment. I appreciate being able to open them and take the babies in and out without having to remove the covers. I also appreciate being able to use the car seat's handle while it is in place. They won't stay completely dry if there's a strong wind, but I can't think of a better cover. These are exceptionally well-made and extremely practical in a rainy climate.
I have a city select stroller with city select lux seats (which are slightly smaller than the standard seats). My Baby Jogger city select covers were a complete waste of time. br>br>This is a fantastic cover! The material is lovely, crystal clear, long-lasting, and strong. The doorway for the child to enter and exit is a little tight, but it's not a big deal for me. If you have a Baby Jogger city select lux seat, you should remove the snack tray/arm bar before reinstalling your child. It took a lot of effort to keep the cover flap open, push the tray aside, and help my son back into the opening. It would have been easier for me to remove the tray first and then clip it back in once he was inside. I have yet to put them to use. br>br>Overall, it was a good value for the money; my son enjoyed it, and it folds up easily.
This is a great product that fits the car seat perfectly, but it's a little too big, and it gets caught on the bottom part when I snap the car seat into the car.
