Questions & Answers
No, I wouldn't use this kick mat with a monitor. It is insufficiently sturdy.
Mine don't have a crinkle to them, and they're definitely not vinyl, but they might not be real polyester either. Mine are perfect for my SUV and keep my seat from getting filthy due to my daughter kicking it.
To keep the seat in place, there is a strap that wraps around the base. These mats may not be suitable if you frequently fold the seat.

I just received these in the mail, so I'm not sure how long they'll last. I have a toddler who enjoys putting her dirty shoes on the seats, so I'm hoping these will work. The only criticism is that they appear to be poorly constructed and cheesy in appearance. br>br>Overall, they accomplish their goal.
I was overjoyed that my grandchildren would be able to ride in my car without hitting the back seat and storing their tears in the pockets. The issue was that the pickles were not very durable and ripped quickly, so they didn't last long. I'll have to find another one that has more pockets and is more stable.
I can't emphasize enough how good of a deal this was. It's cheap, and it's already saved the soles of my four-year-old's tennis shoes from my new SUV. Buy it and put it to good use. br>br> It comes in a set of two, but I put one in my car and the other in my wife's. I had to share! br>br>.
These are adequate for their intended purpose and are likely constructed more solidly than comparable products. But that isn't much to go on. For all brands, the kick mat category as a whole is depressing. I've tried a few and taken a look at a lot of them. This is a product category that is ripe for someone to nail it - How are you, WeatherTech? Or how about LL Bean? They're a little flimsy, and the tops sag (the corners don't stay up like they do in the photo). On the backs of my seats, they're a little flimsy and look a little shabby. The pockets appear to be adequate, but they are unlikely to hold large amounts of items. I've had them for a few weeks and am the mother of twin 6-year-old children. They'll probably last at least a year, but they won't look as nice. The stitching and hardware appear to be a little flimsy, but overall, they are better than most other brands. So, the seats are safe, but the car isn't as nice as I'd like it to be.
While I'm driving, my active toddler enjoys kicking the passenger seat. This is fantastic because now I don't mind if she kicks the seat (at least for the time being). Two pockets are provided for storing books or small snacks. I would strongly suggest it.
For my new car, I purchased these. For my five-year-old daughter riding in the backseat, there aren't many compartments. So I purchased these and found them to be simple to put together. So far, they've stayed put, and she's been able to stuff everything into the slots.
It's only a sliver of a structure. It has the texture of a light weight wind breaker, which isn't bad, but the mesh pockets are so thin that they're stretched out and weighed down, sagging by even the tiniest toys. It wouldn't support a water bottle, and light weight books are about the only thing that could fit in it. The first week we had it, it was ripped to shreds.
